Full refund will be given for mouthpieces with a manufacturing fault.
Returns for other reasons will receive a 75% refund less postage and packaging costs. This is to cover the costs of cleaning and re-plating the returned mouthpiece(s) and the cost of the original p&p.
For customers paying by cheque, 25% of the sale value plus postage and packaging must be paid with the returned item(s).
For these returns the mouthpiece(s) must be unmarked, in its original packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt.
This policy is in effect for purchases made from 8th June 2009 onwards.
